9th-11th Grade Students
(2026-2027)
We offer services for 9th-11th grade students nationwide. We meet with parents to discuss the specific needs of their child as it pertains to college admissions and scholarships. Our goal is to prepare students for their 12th-grade year of applying to college, which includes attaining scholarships.
Our workshops are held on a one-on-one basis with Dr. Chambers and parents and/or students. The workshops are 1 hour each and are held over Zoom. Parents must choose two topics per workshop. See the topics below:

Getting Ready! How to Best Prepare for Selective College Admissions and Merit-Based Scholarships: Covers topics of GPA, standardized test scores, community service, and extracurricular activities

What’s Next? Learn Details of the College Admissions Process: Covers topics such as the process of creating a diversified college list, choosing a suitable major, and understanding admissions policies as in test-optional options

Money, Money, Money! Understanding the Scholarship Process: Covers topics of merit-based vs. need-based scholarships, federal financial aid, and various institutional, state, national, and local scholarship options

Power to the Pen! Writing Admissions and Scholarship Essays: Covers strategies of writing admissions and scholarship essays to include integrating details, creative approaches, and clarity of voice
12th Grade Students
(2026-2027)
We offer a variety of services for 12th-grade students nationwide.
Full Cohort Programs:
- All-Star Comprehensive Program (10 months) – $2,900
- Fall Admissions Cohort (5 months)- $2,400
Interest-free monthly payment plans are available. There is a 3% discount if the invoice is paid in full by August 1. The first payment after the deposit is due on any day in August.
To register your child for the All-Star Comprehensive Program or the Fall Admissions Cohort, please follow the steps:
- Review the Informational Pamphlet below.
- Decide on the All-Star Comprehensive Program or the Fall Admissions Cohort.
- Pay the $150 deposit.
- After registration. Dr. Chambers will follow up with next steps.
Single Services:
We offer single services outside of the comprehensive College Coaching programs. See below:
Consultation: The consultation is to discuss any topics related to college admissions and scholarships. The consultation is 45 minutes, and after purchase, Dr. Chambers will provide a link for booking.
Common App Essay Review: This service provides a comprehensive review of a draft of the Common App essay. Feedback will be provided on the structure, organization, creativity, and competitiveness of the essay. Students will receive feedback in the margins and on the sentence level. The service provides 3 revisions to the essay.
Supplemental Essay Review (Package A: 1-3 Essays): This service provides a comprehensive review of 1-3 supplemental essays for colleges. Feedback will be provided on the structure, organization, creativity, and competitiveness of the essay. Students will receive feedback in the margins and on the sentence level. The service provides 3 revisions to the essays.
Supplemental Essay Review (Package B: 4-6 Essays): This service provides a comprehensive review of 4-6 supplemental essays for colleges. Feedback will be provided on the structure, organization, creativity, and competitiveness of the essay. Students will receive feedback in the margins and on the sentence level. The service provides 3 revisions to the essays.
Supplemental Essay Review (Package C: 7-10 Essays): This service provides a comprehensive review of 7-10 supplemental essays for colleges. Feedback will be provided on the structure, organization, creativity, and competitiveness of the essay. Students will receive feedback in the margins and on the sentence level. The service provides 3 revisions to the essays.
Right Track Consultation: This service provides parents and students with an overall review of the college application strategy. Families will receive insight to ensure they are on the right track. The consultation is an hour, and after purchase, Dr. Chambers will provide a link for booking.
Scholarship Strategy Session: This service provides parents and students with a strategy session regarding scholarships. Dr. Chambers will review various scholarship options and ways to approach scholarships based on the student’s profile.
Video Interview Prep: The service provides students with a 60-minute video interview session for admissions and scholarship opportunities. Students will receive tips and strategies on strategic ways to answer questions and showcase their profile. Interviews can be recorded and provided at the family’s choice. Two rounds of interviews will be provided.
Graduate Students
We offer a variety of services for aspiring graduate students. We assist students with finding programs to apply, preferably fully funded, and developing personal statements.
We offer an organized program for aspiring graduate students who are intending to attend graduate school full-time. This program involves the identification of graduate programs, assistance with all writing samples, and instruction on how to identify sources of funding. We also offer the individual review of personal statements, statements of purpose, and research statements. We have worked with students within a variety of fields, including physical therapy, clinical psychology, journalism, English, food science, medical science, and speech pathology.
